Director Operations
Hope has been a part of the Hood Dental Care team since 1994. As the Director of Operations, she oversees all aspects of the offices and personnel. Her 28 years of experience have taught her that nothing is more important than the people she is allowed to touch every day. Her main focus as the Director of Operations is that the overall experience at Hood Dental Care is a great one! In her spare time, she loves spending time at the beach, enjoys her church family at Healing Place Church and living a healthy lifestyle through proper nutrition and exercise. She is the mother of two grown married children, but most of all she is super blessed with four beautiful grandchildren who mean the world to her.

Human Resources
Holly joined the Hood Dental Care team in early 2021 as the manager of the Watson location and accepted a position as our Director of Human Resources at the beginning of 2022. Holly is a recent graduate from LSU and has many years of management experience in both a corporate and small business setting. She is passionate in helping people grow and maximize their full potential. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, vacationing in Disney World, and playing the piano. Holly looks forward to serving our current and future staff of Hood Dental Care well.
